A controlled, calm and valuable command for your hunt
The “Easy” command
- A recognizable verbale command that’s used when the dog is getting birdy and hunting in close proximity to the shooter.
- During early training we will introduce the command when a pup is working birds and has a happy tail.
- The handler needs to remain positive and consistent when using the Easy command – Our goal is to limited verbal commands when hunting and running bird dogs but a calm whisper of “Easy” when your bird dog is on target with birds on the ground could help you control the situation.
- There’s little to no pressure placed on the dog when using Easy
Over time you will have a back pocket command to harvest more birds!
